I am founder/principal for Jumplive.com. It is the result of the convergence of my abilities in TWO domains:
  • Media Content
My OffRoad Racing pre-running/photography/videography skills (developed over 16 years), give me the ability to put myself in a photo-genic & action location for photography/videography. It is a real Art/Science challenge to find these "perfect spots" in the wild-blue-yonder of the Desert (especially Baja).
  • Computer & Internet skills
I have extensive Computer Experience, primarily as an Application Programmer in the areas of Engineering & Applied Science. I have 3 degrees in Electrical Engineering/Image Processing from a major top-rated University [ considered Number 1 in the country ], incl a PhD.
It is a natural extension of the above 2 skill-sets, to be involved with Same-Day, Same-Hour, & now..Real-Time coverage of OffRoad Racing. I have worked extensively with George Seeley, Jr. (7-time SCORE Class 5 champion) & Seeleyracing.com, who is a major sponsor & financial-contributor to my efforts.

In addition to being a fan of OffRoad Racing,

[ the cameraderie or "BrotherHood" is Second-To-None, the feeling of community is very strong. Race-Dezert.com/RDC refers to it as "La Familia" ]

...I'm also a big-fan of Technology & your typical MALE..gotta have those gadgets/toys to fiddle with! Technology plays a big-role in OffRoad Racing (GPS, carbon-fiber, Chro-Moly tubing, Magna-Fluxing, CAD/CAM, Fluid Mechanics in Shock Absorber Design, etc), & I'm bringing the Multi-Media tools (Internet Connectivity using satellite-phone & cellular-phones) to bear on probably the most IMPORTANT aspect of OffRoad Racing: Marketing & Public-Outreach:

"People don't buy GOOD PRODUCTS, they buy GOOD MARKETING"
-- anonymous Business Saying

Well, OffRoad Racing happens to be an EXCELLENT PRODUCT, with a very Unique Twist. (Ryan Arciero refers to it as "Our Little Wonder in the Desert"). People in Bars who are shown OffRoad Racing videos are immediately hooked. So, I feel the Product "OffRoad Racing" and BrandName "SCORE" is a winning combination, that DESERVES a boost in Media-Awareness. I feel that "leveraging" MultiMedia Technology Tools in the form of Real-Time Webcasts is an OUTSTANDING solution-path. I feel that this is a CONTINUATION of the recent media-coup by the CNBC/NBC '04 Baja 1000 coverage (made possible by the "Visionary Youth Movement" of Cameron Steele/ESPN+Pete Sohren+Rick Geiser, not to mention recent efforts by Ryan Arciero on SpeedTV, Scott Steinberger/PCI Racing on TechTV, Kreg Donahoe on SpikeTV).

I own/support/develop the following Partner websites:
  • Airextreme.com
specializing in Extreme Sports, where there is "Air Action" -- such as OffRoad Racing)
  • Comet-Track.com
specializing in Astrophotography of Comets, Solar/Lunar Eclipses, Meteors
  • Jumplive.com
specializing in Real-Time coverage/webcasting of OffRoad Racing
I have received generous support/contributions by the following outside entities: I am always interested in working with like-minded people, who are Motivated, Hard-Working, & Result-Getters.
